In the unlikely event that your item is faulty we will offer a replacement providing the item is
returned in unworn condition and in original packaging within 7 days of
delivery. Items which are made to order cannot be refunded. It is important that

All workshops are payable in full at the time of booking and non refundable.
In the event of the workshop being cancelled by the host, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date where possible.
